Booking Terms and Conditions

No pets and no smoking allowed in the house.

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

A £100 deposit is required to cover any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period. This is a refundable deposit and will be returned within 7 days of the end your let, less any costs for breakages, repairs or extra cleaning. At the time of booking a 15% deposit of the total rent due for the period is also due, which will be deducted from the final account, which is payable in full 8 weeks prior to your let.

If the booking is cancelled after the full rental has been paid, a refund will be dependent on whether we are able to re-rent the house for that period.

On the day of departure the house has to be vacated 2 hours prior to the ferry departure time. Due to the short turnaround time of lets, please ensure the cottage is left clean and tidy for new arrivals. If there are no new arrivals on your day of departure this period may be altered by prior arrangement.
